Complimentary Delivery on UK Items
We offer a complimentary delivery service, excluding the postcodes listed below, on orders within the UK mainland for our items stocked/manufactured in the UK. In most cases, these are fulfilled by courier services. They will seek a signature upon delivery.
Express Delivery
On a selection of items, particularly those which are not made-to-order or bespoke, an express delivery service may be possible, if the item qualifies, you will be able to select the express delivery option at checkout. White Glove Delivery
Our exclusive white glove delivery service is the finishing touch to the ultimate shopping experience.
Across the UK, our team of specialists will deliver to your room of choice, unpack, assemble and remove leftover packaging, for a small charge, should you wish not to keep it. Depending on the location of your property and our logistic partners route planning, you will be offered a choice of delivery days and time slots, allowing you to sit back and relax, rest assured that your furniture pieces are in the hands of experts.
Orders for large or oversized pieces qualify for complimentary white glove delivery, excluding Kalamkaar pieces.

International Delivery
The vast majority of our items are eligible for international delivery, be it a small parcel or a full container load, we have done it all. We regularly work with clients based in Europe, the Middle East and the USA and beyond. For our international delivery services, we take extra care to ensure your desired items arrive in pristine condition, including the use of wooden crates, specialist packaging methods and expert cargo handlers.
Specialist Delivery
If you are unsure whether a product will comfortably gain access, then please do not hesitate to contact us so we can arrange and conduct a site survey before ordering. Luxudore Interiors has specialist teams and machinery at its disposal, and we have also employed the use of heavy lifting machinery including cranes and side loaders to deliver to our clients! If there is a way in, rest assured we will find it some way or another!
Kalamkaar Delivery
Due to the nature of Kalamkaar Items, as they are bulky and fragile, and arrive pre-assembled we are unable to offer free delivery on these items, and we are unable to deliver these items via your typical everyday courier. They are manufactured abroad and arrive to the UK via container, and in some cases these shipments are taken to your property directly from the port. This may involve specialist delivery services, the use of heavy goods vehicles and lifting equipment.
Due to the nature of the product, we have employed the use of a specialist team to handle the deliveries of Kalamkaar items. Delivery items vary from order to order, as this depends on the volume and size of the order, we deal with Kalamkaar orders that range from single items all the way to full container loads, therefore prices will be subject to change naturally.
We will be able to provide accurate shipping prices upon quotation.

Lead Times
UK Manufactured Items
For our items manufactured in the UK, such as Beds and Mattresses, they are on a current lead time of 2-6 weeks. These lead times are only an approximation and are subject to change.
Bespoke Made Furniture – UK
For bespoke made furniture pieces, or Upholstered wall panels, these are manufactured in the UK by our specialist team in London. These items are currently on a 6-12 week lead time, and are subject to change and supply chain constraints, for example, if you choose a fabric that is currently out of stock, this may delay the lead time while the next run of fabric is being produced by the textile mill.
Bespoke Made Furniture – International and Kalamkaar
We work with world renowned manufacturers across the globe, so lead times vary, as these are subject to international shipping. Current approximate lead times for Kalamkaar and other items that may be manufactured abroad are 16-24 weeks. The majority of these items arrive via sea, and the shipping can be subject to delays in port, or weather-related factors. Once an order is placed our dedicated orders team will be able to give you an indication on your order status.
