Returns

You have a right to cancel your purchase. In order to request a refund, you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) If by letter, it is recommended that you use a trackable service when posting your letter to ensure it reaches Luxudore Interiors.

This does not include special order items which are made to order.

Our policy lasts for 14 days from delivery and signed acceptance of your item. If 14 days have passed by after your purchase has been delivered and signed for, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

MADE TO ORDER BESPOKE ITEMS:

We are unable to offer a refund on our bespoke made items. These item are non refundable as these are special order items and have been specifically made to a clients requirements.

BEDDING/SOFT FURNISHINGS: 

Bedding/Soft Furnishing item(s) [Cushions, Pillows, Curtains etc], we cannot accept a return or exchange for these items if the item(s) have been removed or opened from the original packaging for hygiene purposes.

PLEASE ENSURE TO CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY** [2 man delivery] Once your items arrive, please ensure you inspect your order from Luxudore Interiors thoroughly. Once you are happy with your order, please ensure you have signed for your order. As soon as you have signed for your items you have accepted the condition in which they have arrived. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges if you report your order as damaged once signed therefore please ensure you check your order thoroughly prior to signing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If within the allotted time period and boxed up in its original packaging, You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product. In the case of larger Luxudore Interiors items a collection fee will be incurred.

However, should you not meet the above terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of specialist courier collection and new packaging which will be deducted from any agreed refund by Luxudore Interiors Ltd.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- With clear signs of use.

 - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we approve, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any delivery costs incurred in returning the item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds take 7-10 working days to process.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  

Shipping

Eligible returns accepted at the discretion of Luxudore Interiors Ltd are free within at 14 day period of signing for the item. After that time, should a return or exchange be accepted by Luxudore Interiors Ltd at our discretion you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly advise our customers for all items being returned to us, that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
